As Senior Vice President of Sales Effectiveness and Optimization at Monster, Roxanne Tashjian leads Global Sales Operations, including strategic planning, system implementation and performance, enablement and effectiveness, reporting, and sales productivity. As part of the senior executive sales team, Roxanne and her team bring innovative approaches and strategies to the sales organization, helping to impact daily business while ensuring the foundation on which the company is built remains sound.

Roxanne joined Monster in 2017 to help rebuild and redesign the sales organization so that Monster can continue to be a leader in the industry. Most recently, she served as vice president of sales operations at FireEye, where she played an instrumental role in growing revenue by nearly 50 percent in two years by improving field productivity, developing enablement programs, and working with cross-functional teams for pipeline development. Roxanne served in a similar role at EMC, where she was part of the worldwide sales operations team for 12 years. She has also held sales operations roles at Lodestar Corporation, Kronos, and Cayenne Software.

Roxanne credits her father for her drive and for instilling empathy in her leadership style—believing that being kind and supportive are the best ways to lead successful, global teams. She is also committed to bringing a proactive, innovative vision to life that keeps her teams at the forefront of their industries. This results in hitting revenue targets, being truly engaged, and finding incredible success.

Roxanne received her B.S. in Business Management from Troy University.
