There’s a great deal of focus in B2B on creating new products, but not as much on how to take an organization’s current offerings and identify and execute on relevant opportunities for growth. Growth can come from expanding the product footprint within current customers and expanding to opportunities in adjacent and new vertical and geographic markets.
